This is a great opportunity for a human resources professional who appreciates the professional services environment and can bring their own style to all areas of HR administration including full life-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position is fully onsite, near metro, with fantastic office space**Responsibilities**:

- Full life-cycle recruiting for the organization- Manage relationships with HR vendors, recruiting firms, and external consultants
- Handle benefits administration, including working with brokers, open enrollment, and enrolling new hires in benefits plans
