**Responsibilities**

Accounts Receivable:

- Enter estimates and invoices into QuickBooks to deliver to our customers
- Ensure that our customers receive invoices
- Utilize QuickBooks to track open invoices
- Effectively follow up with our customers in the case of past due invoices
- Discuss plan of action regarding past due invoices with customers
- Write Notice-to-Owner (NOI) to customers to ensure payments.

Payroll
- Perform weekly payroll for all employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquires

General Administrative Support:

- Organize files and prepare documents for our project managers
- Manage external vendors and resources, nurture client relationships, and ensure that best practices are upheld

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Fluent in English and Spanish

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
