**Responsibilities**:

- Daily:

- Assist in managing daily operations tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor inventory levels and facilitate the ordering process for office and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.
- Place and track orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from team members.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support operational initiatives and projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.
- Weekly:

- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks and projects.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.
- Initiate contact with vendors to gather information and resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Monthly:

- Assist in analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift/carry reports and materials up to 40 pounds, move about the office, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork
