Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a computer to update records, billing, files, and answer inquiries from clients. Support with insurance billing. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address client service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and clients. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- Bilingual
- Minimum education requirement - high school diploma or GED.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in general office duties such as word processing, filing, data input, and answering telephones.
- General knowledge of mental health policy and procedures
- Experience in working and effectively communicating with all levels of staff.
**Status**: Full time
**Salary & Compensation**: $16- $22 an hour
**Location**: On Site with hybrid opportunities
**Schedule**:Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
