We are currentlyseeking a top-notch working manager with strong leadership skills with a positive team approach. This position is responsible for direct and strategical management operations of linen production staff members, including process improvement, quality control, training of employees, and other production-related activities.
This position is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday with varied schedule.
**Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following**:
- Direct and indirect management in all aspects of linen departmental operations including production and quality, while working as part of the management team.
- Experience with automation and process improvement is essential.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the Production Plant Managers and other team leaders to ensure that manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Adherence to cost management and budgetary guidelines as directed by Senior Management.
- Work with the Production Plant Managers to suggest and implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditure.
- Establish and monitor departmental performance for production and quality standards.
- Report needed equipment repairs or issues to the Director of Facility Services in a timely manner.
- Adherence to the company’s safety program and all supporting protocol.
- Provide leadership and training to subordinate staff to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Promote and maintain departmental floor organization and cleanliness among personnel.
- Provide direction, development, and leadership to team leaders.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably in production and manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills

- Understanding of Financial Management
- High Level of Employee Relations
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50lbs
- Word / Excel Proficiency
- Bi-Lingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
