Job Overview

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the performance and management of designated service routes. This role involves leading a team of Route Supervisors and Service Representatives, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and fleet management standards.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new service and sales staff.
  • Drive branch performance by implementing effective management systems, including customer engagement initiatives and operational audits.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments for all branch personnel to ensure accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Enhance company profitability through strategic growth initiatives, cost management, and optimized routing.
  • Coach the team to adopt proactive service strategies, aiming for top-tier customer feedback.
  • Partner with local teams to maintain financial metrics aligned with company objectives.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and market expansion.
