**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
Computer literacy including windows Microsoft 360, excel, word, google and 40 wpm.
Answers inbound telephones, takes messages and/or provides information in accordance with the company information.
Schedules appointments, meetings, jobs and events. for supervisor and staff.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Develop, implement, and maintain organized filing systems, files, and records.
Performs a variety of clerical duties.
Prepares and sends out estimates, invoices, and receipts.
Perform all other office tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments.

**Job Qualifications**
Education: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-4 years of office assistant secretarial role is a must.
Proficient in using a computer, search engine-40 wpm is a must.
Active listening and note taking is a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Driver’s License.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, housecall or CRM.
Bilingual preferred.
