**Job description**

**Hours**:
Monday through Friday 9a-5pm

**Compensation**:
Salaried position $14 - $18 depending on experience.

Uncapped bonus opportunities available

**The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for all front desk duties including but not limited to**:

- Assisting Regional Office Manager with various tasks as needed.
- Manage initial caregiver phone inquiries, scheduling of client intake meetings and new caregiver hires.
- Organization and management of files and paperwork associated with the caregiver hiring process.
- Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word, Excel, Office and ability to learn our home care management and billing software.
- Running background and exclusion checks.
- Ensure caregivers stay current on certification requirements
- Reviewing and printing all caregiver time sheets.
- Assist with entering client and caregiver information and shifts into HHA eXchange Medical Record System.
Preparing client and caregiver packets and time sheet folders for intake coordinator
Assist in keeping an inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies.
- Tracking authorizations
- Contacting service coordinators to update authorizations as needed
- Assisting in billing & payroll concerns
- Maintaining individual case files
- Assisting Regional Manager with assigned tasks
- Perform routine review of appropriate plan of action and redirect as needed

**Qualifications**:
**Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)**

Knowledge of office management systems
Proficiency in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $14 - 18 per hour

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Healthcare Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Home health: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
