**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**:

- Manage and process customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Ensure accuracy in order entry and communicate any discrepancies or issues to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

**Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping inquiries, and any other concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate any delays or changes in order status to customers proactively.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are in stock and available for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to address stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Work with logistics partners to arrange transportation and delivery of orders.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.

**Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the order fulfillment process.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a similar role.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in order management and inventory software, as well as Google Apps (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to be physically in our King of Prussia, PA facility 5 days a week - Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM.
