Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing established operational frameworks for field services based on daily requirements.
- Sourcing supplies from various vendors to ensure efficient and accurate procurement.
- Collaborating with our Customer Experience Group (CEG) to guarantee timely delivery of materials for customer engagements.
- Managing Parts Requests and Warranty Parts Claims.
- Conducting logistical planning to optimize warehouse and technician efficiencies.
- Providing support to field operations as necessary.
- Overseeing service inventory in the warehouse and on service vehicles.
- Performing inventory audits to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as needed.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in purchasing or logistics preferred.
- Experience in supervision or managing small teams preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage a steady workflow in a dynamic environment.
- Quick learner, highly adaptable to new processes.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
