As part of the newly created Executive Talent Acquisition team and acting as a Global Search Partner you will be responsible for covering executive hires across Banking & International.

Our Banking franchise is organized around three lines of business: our Investment Bank, which meets clients’ capital raising needs and provides merger and acquisition and equity and debt capital markets-related strategic financing solutions; our Corporate Bank, which serves as the conduit of Citi’s full product suite to clients; and our Commercial Bank, which helps mid-sized companies address the challenges of rapid growth and international expansion. The unified Banking & International organization oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in each of the 95 markets where Citi has an on-the-ground presence.

You will work closely with and support our Executive Talent Acquisition Leads on Executive’ hires are defined as Managing Director and critical leadership Director-level hiring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end recruitment activity, covering identification, screening, assessment offer management and onboarding.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Banking & International to deliver senior talent to the business.
- Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.
- Work with Diversity teams to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes.
- Work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
- Build pools of talent for Banking and International disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent.
- Lead desktop research providing competitor insight as it relates to talent salary and organizational structures.
- Create and maintain markets of talent.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of in-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
- Network and knowledge of senior talent within the financial services environment.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and craft offers
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
