We are looking for a new GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and drive our full-cycle sales and commercial recruiting. The new recruiter will also help develop our growth and prominence as a leading ESG / Sustainability / Double Materiality SaaS Vendor in the US. Our new Go-To-Market Recruiter will assume responsibility for assigned revenue generating roles in the US and in other territories where required.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interview and selection process, in addition to hosting or participating in career events from time to time. To be successful in this role, you should be results-orientated, highly organized and creative. You will have the confidence and experience to drive long-term recruiting strategy and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.

Ultimately, you will create strong, diverse talent pipelines for Datamaran’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, TA and the broader People Team to proactively support staffing needs
  • Pro-actively engage and source qualified passive candidates through online channels and groups (LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms)
  • Take ownership of coordinating interviews and applicant interaction
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions, workflows, build interview kits and questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Support employer branding initiatives with a focus on our NYC hub
  • Support organisation/attendance of relevant job fairs, industry and recruitment events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Craft, monitor and update job postings
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in our ATS (Workable)
  • Advocate for Talent Acquisition, Development, processes and systems
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback

Requirements

Our new Talent Acquisition Partner must be located in regular commuting distance of our new Rockefeller Center NYC hub and will also have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (mix of Inhouse and staffing consultancy preferable)
  • Quantifiable experience growing GTM / Sales teams within high-growth Software company/ies
  • Passive and proactive Talent Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, related tools, platforms and networks
  • Trusted HM-partnering skills with demonstrable ability to manage expectations while driving urgency
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Systems. We use Workable and currently BambooHR
  • Experienced in data-driven hiring
  • Maximize returns from social networks such as LinkedIn
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a laser focus on detail
  • Ability to work with autonomy, take ownership while managing ambiguity

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of Workable ATS (or transferable skills eg from Greenhouse)
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation across the United States and specifically New York State
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or relevant field
  • Already living in NYC, New York
