**Overview**:
We are a high-end design/build/fabrication firm seeking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Construction bookkeeping experience a plus) to oversee daily administrative operations and financial tasks. We need a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Compose construction draws, organize subcontracts, and collect lien releases
- Process change order documentation per the Project Manager, insurance certs, pre-liminary notices etc.
- Allocate employee hours from time sheets to specific jobs.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Manage office operations including maintaining office supplies and answering the phone.
- Assist the Controller
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- Proficiency in QuickBooks on-line, Excel, DocuSign
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
