JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

**The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for**:

- Reviewing of accounts payable invoices
- Coding of invoices to the general ledger
- Preparing invoices for payment, including the collection of documentation
- Processing payments under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager
- Maintaining files of all invoices
- Reviewing payroll documentation for accuracy make any necessary adjustments

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-3 years accounts payable experience
- Associate?s Degree with emphasis on business or bookkeeping preferred
- Property management and Yardi experience a plus
- Experience processing accounts payable for multiple companies
- Strong ability to multitask
- Microsoft, Excel and accounting software skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Must be detail oriented and adhere to tight deadlines
