**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement full digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive online traffic to the company and the company website, and generate leads for our sales team.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields (**_show us your success to be considered_**)
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field [or equivalent work experience]
