POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Account Management Specialist is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with both junior and senior stakeholders within client organizations.

This role is pivotal in establishing trusted partnerships, identifying avenues for revenue enhancement within designated client accounts.

The Senior Account Management Specialist ensures seamless project coordination from initial estimation through to final delivery, collaborating with the wider project team to guarantee that all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates the company's profitability initiatives by overseeing the efficient, precise, and timely management of assigned project activities.

Acts as a strategic ally to clients by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their market dynamics and specific challenges.

Provides valuable insights that align company offerings with client requirements. Develops creative proposals aimed at fostering account growth and exploring new business opportunities.

Oversees client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including budget creation, selection of suitable projects, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and invoicing.

Ensures that volume and revenue objectives for each account are consistently achieved. Fosters new connections and nurtures existing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Builds effective partnerships with Brand Development and Brand Deployment teams by sharing in-depth knowledge of client markets and the unique challenges they face.

Collaborates with company leadership to devise solutions that align services with client needs. Evaluates and manages risks associated with profitability by identifying and addressing potential issues related to processes, operations, and client relationships.

Analyzes the performance of the Company-Client relationship through analytical models and performance metrics to establish strategic priorities and achieve set goals.

Maximizes client retention by delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives and expectations.

Conducts meetings with clients and internal teams to identify new services that address evolving client needs; serves as the Subject Matter Expert on processes, capacity, and timelines.

Partners with clients, the Account Team, and project teams to resolve any project-related issues.

Collaborates with Client Integration and the Account Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients; participates in pre-integration and planning discussions as necessary.

Engages in cross-functional teams to develop and refine processes, policies, and workflows aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and quality. Understands and recommends solutions for business-related challenges, generating actionable plans to achieve objectives. Manages marketing budgets effectively to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and drive incremental sales. Directs and coordinates activities of team members to ensure that goals are met. Mentors and develops team members through coaching and training. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
