Overview:
CVP is seeking an Accountant/Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage corporate timesheet process including new hire setup, semi-monthly timesheet closing and posting the labor to accounting system; timesheet compliance; timesheet corrections; weekly compliance report for management.
- Set up new hires in accounting system.
- Process semi-monthly payroll for over 580 employees.
- Monitor termination spreadsheet and adjust employee's profile as needed.
- Track and update state employee payroll taxes.
- Assist with annual external audit.
- Process AP payments as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field plus two years of professional experience as an Accountant.
- Experience must also include two years of experience in Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requires one year of experience in SAP (System, Application, and Products Software).
