**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with management staff to gather and sort various documents and related information associated with vendor invoicing and disbursements.
- Prepare and analyze all invoices for proper approvals, G/L account code designation, and accounting period.
- Ensure that all invoices are reconciled in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Process all approved invoices within the D365 accounting system.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or discrepancies in the general ledger.
- Reconcile the general ledger to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and properly processed.
- Coordinate with corporate AP department to process payment disbursement via check or electronic file transfer.
- Assist with obtaining and maintenance vendor records to include W-9s and other related information.
- Assist with generating year end vendor 1099 reports.
- Assist in the preparation of various accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Assist with the month-end closing process.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with general accounting principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
