**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Reception and Client Support**:Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assist clients in making appointments, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on the services offered at the center. Ensure the reception area is organized and presents a professional image.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing payments. Utilize client management software to update client records and track communication history. Ensure confidentiality and security of all client information.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with therapists and other staff to manage schedules and accommodate client needs. Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in reception, sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling or CRM software.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a client-oriented focus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and offer appropriate emotional support when needed.
- Ability to work well in a team.
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative duties, sales, or customer service preferred.
