**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to branch policies
- Scheduling, payroll, and commissions
- Manage and tracking accounts receivable for the branch
- Create and update records, spreadsheets, and CRM with personnel, financial, and other data
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Relay updates and/or important information to the branch manager(s)
- Clerical (typing, filing, organizing, etc.)
- Light daily cleaning (sweeping, dusting, emptying desk trash cans, etc.)
- Maintain positive and up-beat environment
- Record and reconcile transactions
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Cloud Software (MS Excel and Google Sheets)
- High school diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in a clerical role
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare daily AR Reports and payments
- Work with homeowners and managers to accurately and beneficially resolve statement disputes
- Process and posts all deposits (checks, wires, ACH) to QuickBooks and Excel-based statements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with QuickBooks
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Office Manager or similar
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business Management and roofing industry experience is a plus

**Typical Schedule**:

- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Nights/Weekends: Rarely On Occasion

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
