Responsibilities

  • Assist with all Board and Committee meeting scheduling, planning and implementation
  • Execute Board and Committee package assembly, distribution and management
  • Assist with event planning and management
  • Conduct scheduling and calendar management
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Update and maintain databases (mailing lists, donor and school lists/information)
  • Update and proofread documents, reports and correspondence
  • Update and proofread PowerPoint presentations
  • Update social media content and assist with monitoring social media
  • Conduct light research and monitor local media for relevant content
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Monitor incoming emails and manage as appropriate
  • Maintain office filing and document storage
  • Conduct office administration including monitoring and maintaining of office supplies
  • Keep office area clean and ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced


requirements:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products
  • Experience with light spreadsheet work
