Strategic Sales Leader

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the supermarket sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supermarkets and other relevant sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

**Management Duties**:

- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team objectives.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the building sector.
- Experience in selling technical products, with a strong preference for experience in sanitation solutions or related fields.
- Previous management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No nights

Travel requirement:

- Up to 25% travel
