**Supervisor Title**:Practice Development Manager

**Regular Work Hours**:Monday - Friday **7:30 AM - 4:00 PM**

**Employment Status: Non **Exempt, Full-Time Hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Use customer service skillset to answering incoming calls and convert leads into scheduled patients.
- Identify and prioritize points of contact with referring providers to build rapport and strengthen relationships with referral staff.
- Execute patient contact campaigns focused on targeted initiatives and/or reactivating dormant accounts
- Use CRM system to manage leads, generate reports and convert prospective patients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients during the intake process, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.

**Education/Experience**:

- This role requires a mix of administration functions, sales and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to influence audience through strong verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Awareness of HIPPA compliant communication standards
- Bachelors degree or 3+ years experience in medical practice setting
