RTS Law Group, a prominent and forward-thinking law firm, seeks a highly skilled Legal Intake Specialist to act as the gateway to our legal services. This full-time, onsite role is essential, as you will be our new clients' first point of contact, ensuring that only cases that meet our strict criteria are forwarded to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake: Professionally handle inbound calls, assess the caller's legal needs, and conduct preliminary evaluations to determine if they meet our firm’s criteria.

Client Relations: Build rapport, maintain control during calls, and influence client decisions to secure case acceptance.

Documentation: Efficiently manage case files using our CRM software, ensuring all information is meticulously recorded and easily accessible.

Gatekeeping: Use discernment and a detailed understanding of our case acceptance criteria to protect our legal team’s time by filtering out cases that do not align with our firm’s focus.

What We Require:

Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation prowess with a persuasive demeanor to effectively engage potential clients.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Lawmatics. Training is provided if necessary.

Legal Acumen: Prior experience in the legal field, especially with traffic violations, DWIs, and criminal charges, is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $16-25, reflective of required skills and responsibilities.
