Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Offer advice on general policy matters and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in establishing rapport, asking insightful questions, and documenting conversations accurately.
  • Strong time management skills to navigate a fast-paced call environment.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in case management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center setting, particularly in case intake.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Daily Duties:
  • Gather information from callers in a phone queue for 6-8 hours each day.
  • Complete necessary intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
  • Set up cases within the case management framework.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as required.
  • Maintain an average of 15 minutes per intake session.
