- Offer advice on general policy matters and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
- Proficient in establishing rapport, asking insightful questions, and documenting conversations accurately.
- Strong time management skills to navigate a fast-paced call environment.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in case management.
- Experience in a call center setting, particularly in case intake.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
- Gather information from callers in a phone queue for 6-8 hours each day.
- Complete necessary intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
- Set up cases within the case management framework.
- Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as required.
- Maintain an average of 15 minutes per intake session.
