Intake Specialist

Cognixia is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and conducting case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation on general policy questions and drive resolution for less complex cases
- Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation
- Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed
- Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions, and take thorough notes while talking to inquirers
- Time management in controlling the call (fast-paced environment)
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation in case management system
- Call Center experience, specifically intake
- Working in case management systems
- HR/ER experience
