New Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated New Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share for Z Health Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the healthcare industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new leads and expand Z Health Insurance's customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for sales and business development, with a desire to pursue a career in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and pursue new opportunities independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required.
