**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Essential Functions**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee in-kind donation program including: research, outreach, inventory management, distribution, receipting, donation tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with global affiliate network stakeholders, donors, hubs and warehouses as related to distribution of in-kind product and partner engagement projects.
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with in-kind partners to deepen their investment and support.
- Outreach to target donors to secure items and products for event support, including prospect research to identify potential new sources.
- Maintain records of donations, valuations and consolidate information for annual financial statements, audits, and tax purposes.
- Collect and manage internal and external statistics, metrics and department resources.
- Maintain database (eTapestry support).
- Provide general fundraising support.
- Provide event support.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.

**Required Education and Experience**

- Familiarity with fundraising software or equivalent CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) preferred.
- Fashion and beauty brand knowledge is preferred.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position with a business schedule from Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Employees must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Limited travel may be required.

**Work Environment**

Dress for Success Worldwide offers a congenial work environment. The dress code is business smart/business casual and employees work on-site in our New York City office three days per week and remotely two days per week.

**Physical Demands**

Employee may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds in performing regular office duties and managing records, files, and materials.
