Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tours of residential apartments and amenity spaces with prospective buyers and brokers.
  • Ensure that all inquiries are successfully converted to active leads through effective sales and closing techniques.
  • Monitor competitive properties for evaluating pricing and strategy.
  • Manage all aspects of the offering process, including providing due diligence material and communicating with outside brokers and legal teams.
  • Coordinate closing process, including buyer walk-throughs and punchlist coordination.
  • Work with sales coordinator to update listings in syndication and CRM database.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, composing correspondence, and compiling documents for meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, or business-related field.
  • New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Minimum of 4 years residential real estate experience in a brokerage or owner/developer capacity, including tenure in a new development focused role.
  • Thorough understanding of the metro NY New Development landscape, including familiarity with developers, lenders, builders, and designers.
  • Thorough understanding of property valuations and real estate economics.
  • Strong client service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.

This is a full-time, in-person role. All duties and responsibilities of this role are expected to be conducted on-site at the company offices.
