Are you a customer service superstar with a love for the automotive industry? **Destination Kia is on the hunt for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team**

As the coordinator, you'll be the friendly face customers see when scheduling appointments, selling additional services, and providing parts over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling service appointments and gathering customer and vehicle data
- Providing top-notch customer service in a timely manner
- Conducting vehicle walk around inspection report
- Recommending additional services and providing cost estimates
- Keeping customers informed of repair progress throughout the day
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts and sharing any specials
- Keeping track of repair orders, invoices, and special orders
- Staying up-to-date on new products and updates through training programs

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- **1-3 years** of experience in a dealership environment and/or automotive parts department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is _preferred_
- Ability to lift at least **50 pounds**
