Get To Know The Opportunity

The Contributions You'll Make:

- Experience supporting both internal and external customers in the financial services industry.
- Understanding of multi-platform environments including, networking, remote access, and browsers. (Microsoft Cloud, Unix, Mainframe, Intel, and Databases such as DB2, Sybase and Oracle).
- Network troubleshooting using Liquidware and Power BI tools are highly desirable.
- Experience working and collaborating effectively in a virtual and multi-site team environment.
- Self-starter who is able to work independently demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to resolve a high volume of complex technical issues remotely.
- Ability to work in a high volume, high priority environment using multiple communication methods simultaneously.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in alignment with business requirements.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts from 7:00am to 6:30pm EST.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field. Preferred
- A+ Certification preferred.
- Certified Help Desk Professional preferred.
- Deskside support experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations and work-flow processes and procedures.
- ServiceNow and ITIL experience.
- RightAnswers Knowledge base and technical writing experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, along with sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with employees and other IT staff

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

$43,020.00 - $71,710.00 USD
