About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Technical Support Professional to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize business performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on business operations and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of business systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to business operations and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of technical experience in business operations or a related field.
  • 1 or more years of experience in financial analysis and/or reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
  • Proficient knowledge of VBA, SQL, and SQL Server, including SSIS.
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
  • Experience working with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to partner with peers to review needs and possible solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with insurance data and healthcare data.
  • Experience working in multiple systems at a time.
  • Experience working with SSMS.
  • Proficient in other object-oriented coding languages.
