Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst I to join our team at Trinity University. As a key member of our Technical Support and Client Services department, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to faculty, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via various channels, including email, phone, online chats, and walk-ups.
  • Collect and process pertinent information from clients, restore service if possible, and provide specific services (desktop, AV, etc.).
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain currently supported Windows and iOS operating systems and applications software on Windows and Mac hardware.
  • Maintain and modify Active Directory to reflect appropriate changes as requested.
  • Creates, modifies, and deletes network user ID accounts for internal and external clients.
  • Provide training to end-users (students, faculty, staff) in the use of hardware, software, and AV equipment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 1 year of experience in a computer-related field.
  • Basic computer functions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees as a team member.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • A+ certification.
  • Security+ certification.
  • Network+ certification.
  • ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
