Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support via various channels, including email, phone, online chats, and walk-ups.
- Collect and process pertinent information from clients, restore service if possible, and provide specific services (desktop, AV, etc.).
- Install, upgrade, and maintain currently supported Windows and iOS operating systems and applications software on Windows and Mac hardware.
- Maintain and modify Active Directory to reflect appropriate changes as requested.
- Creates, modifies, and deletes network user ID accounts for internal and external clients.
- Provide training to end-users (students, faculty, staff) in the use of hardware, software, and AV equipment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 1 year of experience in a computer-related field.
- Basic computer functions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees as a team member.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- A+ certification.
- Security+ certification.
- Network+ certification.
- ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
