Duties include but not limited to:

- Preparation of contracts, subcontracts, submittals, AIAs, contact lists, purchase orders, change orders, lien waivers and project close out documentation.
- Correspondence between subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
- Manage all insurance certificates for company and subcontractors.
- Daily transmittals for subcontractor and contractor submittals.
- General filing - Manage and archive job and bid files.
- Daily phone answering, routing and message taking.

Knowledge of General Construction Plans and Specifications.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat and Dropbox program use.

Applicant must be highly organized and able to track and follow up effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
