Construction Sales Professional

DeLeers Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our Commercial Construction team. As a design-build general contractor, we specialize in high-end, unique residential and light commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of selling construction services to light industrial customers, such as banks, office spaces, and other commercial establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with our pre-construction team to coordinate with clients and finalize project agreements
- Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and confidence with clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction sales, preferably in the design-build industry
- Proven track record of success in selling construction services to light industrial customers
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
