As a Call Center Consultant at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
