Job Summary

Quad/Graphics is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our medical call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls professionally and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and clinic staff, ensuring that patient needs are met and resolved.
  • Identify and escalate difficult or priority issues, ensuring that they are handled with care and immediacy.
  • Perform follow-up calls and complete call logs/documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding clinic benefits, RX refills, eligibility, and other related topics.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in an automated call center environment required.
  • Medical background strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive communication skills.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively solve problems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Typing skills of 45-50 WPM.
