Key Responsibilities:
- Employ proven sales strategies to enhance customer experiences and generate excitement about our offerings.
- Handle inbound warm leads and convert them into sales appointments for our in-store consultants.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and live chats through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Identify and direct repeat customers and non-sales activities to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain your own sales pipeline with follow-up reminders and appointment logs.

Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
