**Role Synopsis**

Superior Cladding is seeking to expand its market. The Account Manager will be responsible for the strategic and functional processes required to obtain and maintain accounts. The Account Manager’s primary function is to lead Superior Cladding in their efforts toward expansion and growth within their current market place. The position requires flexibility, clear communication, tolerance for cultural and/or organizational change, the ability to work within project teams and deliver exceptional customer service under extreme pressure. The Account Manager should ALWAYS represent, value and uphold that which is in the best interest of Superior Cladding. As a representative of SCP and one of the agents responsible for the success of the organization; ALL transactions, discussions and strategy formulations should be conducted with the overall expansion of SCP in the marketplace as the forefront of the Account Manager’s agenda. The Account Manager has both a professional and personal responsibility to their co-workers, clients and community to conduct themselves in a manner that is of the highest integrity standards and ethical values.

**Key Accountabilities Include**:Provide guidance, support, direction and strategy to achieve measurable sales growth initiatives within assigned accounts of the cladding business. Strategic ability to identify, develop and sign new clients. (Client potential is determined through market and industry analysis, key relationship building and within the internal development of SCP.) To communicate respectfully and effectively with clients and/or production personnel throughout each sales cycle. To develop key relationships within the industry that produce positive results and/or increased revenue for SCP. To effectively market SCP to their target market, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, accountability and corporate philosophy. To assist in the development and/or distribution of marketing initiatives, including sales materials and corporate events. To meet all administrative documentation and communication requirements within the time allotted. The ability to demonstrate variable results through revenue growth.

**Experience/Skill**:The position requires, 5-10 years of Outside Sales/Account Management experience. Previous experience using ERP system preferred. Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
