**OPPORTUNITY**
- The Catering Operations Associate is responsible for creating an inspiring catering experience for our guests. They give outstanding service by meeting and exceeding our guests' expectations and providing excellent internal service to the team. Their responsibilities include assisting in the smooth and seamless operation of all aspects of the catering business, reaching financial goals, upholding product quality and consistency standards, mitigating waste, maintaining equipment and facilities, and safely handling all of our products and equipment. They are part of a cohesive Bi-Rite team that supports the Bi-Rite Missions, Vision, and Community Values.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures all catering orders are accurate, organized and on-time for delivery to our guests.
- Ensures Catering orders are organized and packed to guest’s specifications, including quality and quantity of products, presentation, packaging, signage,
and delivery.
- Responsible for keeping inventory organized, counted, properly rotated and tidy in the warehouse.
- Serving as a delivery driver using a Bi-Rite vehicle and ensuring guest order are delivered on time, accurately and up to Bi-Rite's quality standards.
- Brew coffee every morning, in addition to organizing canned beverages for every order.
- Provides a great guest experience by understanding Bi-Rite's catering offerings.
- Works directly with the Kitchen and Catering teams to execute department priorities. Cross-trains with other Catering roles

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior work experience in a warehouse, retail, driving, food facility or similar preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ability to learn new technologies.
- ServSafe Certification, California Food Handler card is required within 30 days post-hire. Bi-Rite provides on-site training and certification.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Fluency in the English language, spoken and written.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
