  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in mixology and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, with a strong background in mixology and customer service.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills necessary to operate a cash register and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Valid California Food Handlers Card and ABC Responsible Beverage Service certificate required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from events venues, company offices, and warehouse.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more.
  • Continually required to walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, or kneel.
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
  • Continually required to talk or hear.
  • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid/hot conditions (weather & non-weather).
  • Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
