  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external catering vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage catering and café budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and train catering and café teams, ensuring courteous, prompt, and professional service, and fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional hospitality.
  • Client & Staff Satisfaction: Foster relationships with firm staff and clients to gather feedback and refine catering services and café offerings.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and café environment.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Work in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to changing needs, and being flexible with schedule requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • Strong background in catering, café management, or hospitality, with a focus on delivering excellent service in a corporate setting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in management (preferably Catering Management)
  • Experience with booking, selecting, and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment
  • Ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup
