**Responsibilities**:
- Identify air traffic service needs and requirements during ConOps review, and evaluation of operational procedures and requirements for new and emerging technologies and concepts. Provide recommendations for changes to improve operation efficiency, safety, and capacity.
- Support the exploration and evaluation of operational performance for issues related to daily NAS operations including operational usage analyses, data analyses, problem determination and recommended resolution, collection and generation of operational performance metrics, and measurement of the effectiveness of ATC processes, procedures, decision support tools and technology.
- Assist in evaluating legacy and NextGen ATC processes, procedures, training materials, decision support tools, and other operational improvement initiatives; develop, review, and analyze proposed changes; and provide operational support in tactical deployment of procedures and policies.
- Assist in coordinating activities with air traffic airspace and procedures, requirements, security, and operations personnel.
- Research and assess procedures and requirements related to near-term and long
- term solutions that advance operational capabilities and improve capacity, safety and efficiency of the NAS using emerging technology or concepts.
**Requirements**:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- No college degree required.
- Equivalent experience in the U.S. Military or international control environment is acceptable.
