- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain guest relations by providing personalized service
- Oversee reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Monitor and maintain the lobby area for cleanliness and organization
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in front desk operations and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries effectively
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
