- Financial Management: Oversee the collection of up-front co-payments and receivables, and manage departmental budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Change Management: Develop and implement plans to manage change, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build commitment to new initiatives.
- Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computerized practice management systems, EMR systems, and Microsoft applications.
