**Job Accountabilities**:

- Receive paperwork from HHFFB receiving and verify figures with those received from drivers and donor generated bills of lading.
- Generate receiving reports as needed.
- Process receipts for USDA and Commodity Supplemental Food Program products and properly distribute required paperwork to those agencies within the required time frame.
- Perform cycle counts on dry and refrigerator/fresh products weekly.
- Process and prepare Bill of Material’s as needed for Weekender.
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of inventory in refrigerator/fresh including discarding spoiled product.
- Maintain the Free Fresh Nutritious in the Agency Pickup area, making sure there is product available.
- Oversee retail pickups by agencies and ensure paperwork is received monthly and entered properly.
- Prepare list daily of products due to expire and submit to Program staff in order to effectively move these products.
- Assist in trouble shooting inventory issues with regard to cycle counts and locations.

**Education and Experience**:
Education: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience with Inventory Control is required.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of various computer systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow employees.
- High-level of written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a tactful and helpful manner.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
- Ability to problem-solve computer problems.

Helping Harvest Fresh Food Bank (HHFFB) provided $16 million worth of food to over 350 partner agencies in Berks and Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania in fiscal year 2023.
