Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Compensation:
$20.40/hour Union Position

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is tasked with adhering to established protocols while executing various functions that reflect the company's dedication to outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Select, package, wrap, and load products for customer delivery.

2. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.

3. Operate all material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

4. Receive products and organize inventory on shelves.

5. Assist with inventory management as needed.

6. Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.

7. Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, safety regulations, and guidelines.

8. Utilize computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

9. Be flexible to work overtime as required.

10. Fabricate hydraulic hoses, including cutting, fitting, crimping, and operating hose assembly tools.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent

2. Proficient in computer usage and related software

3. Ability to perform tasks with urgency, exceeding customer expectations

4. Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds; able to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted, repetitively.

5. Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, along with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

8. Basic mathematical skills

9. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced distribution center environment, and work extended hours as necessary

10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

11. Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is preferred

12. Forklift Certification is a plus
