Position Overview:
Our client is a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, seeking a skilled individual to join their maintenance team.

Compensation:
$28 - $38 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues in machinery.
2. Perform minor repairs and adjustments as directed by the Supervisor.
3. Utilize machine shop tools and practices to fabricate simple fixtures, parts, and tools.
4. Maintain and service support machinery, including air compressors and cooling towers.
5. Manufacture specialized machinery and components based on existing designs.
6. Conduct basic electrical wiring for production and building utilities (120V – 480V) three-phase and 120-volt single-phase systems.
7. Repair material handling equipment and execute preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
8. Procure necessary parts and tools with Supervisor approval.
9. Keep a daily log of significant job activities for the benefit of subsequent shifts and management.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and report any injuries to the Supervisor immediately.
11. Monitor parts usage and maintain sufficient inventory levels.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in various functions including electrical diagnostics, servo drives, carpentry, plumbing, fabrication, and machine repair.
