The Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS) division is in search of a Technical Service Specialist (TSS) to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS), a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical customer service, including conducting chemical analyses, maintaining chemical feed systems, managing chemical supplies, and providing informed technical guidance.
  • Equipment Management: Install and maintain chemical feed and water treatment systems, perform water quality assessments, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct preventative maintenance at designated client locations.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a technical consultant, collaborating with client management and technical teams to deliver essential support and training on the latest technologies in chemical management and digitization.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the operational integrity of water treatment systems through precise calibration, documentation, and inventory management of essential supplies.
Qualifications:

Core Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory or maintenance environment, preferably with a background in chemical studies or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a focus on customer service and results.
• Technical proficiency in interpreting safety and operational manuals, with solid mathematical abilities for various calculations.
