**The Job Responsibilities -**
This administrative position is **full time, 40 hours per week**
- Set client appointments and manage the advisor’s calendar and meeting logistics
- Assist with preparations for meetings with clients by running reports and gathering needed materials
- Assist with marketing projects to increase visibility through advisor’s website and other marketing avenues
- Data input into Redtail CRM software
- Cross-train with other team members to provide back-up when needed
**Key requirements -**
- 2+years prior administrative experience preferably supporting an executive and working directly with clients; prior work in wealth management is highly desired
- 2 years of client service experience is required
- Experience with marketing for a business owner is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong computer aptitude: ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with CRM/Database systems is a plus (we use Redtail)
